Robert C. Folley Performance Hall (upstairs)

  • Up to 177 people not seated, 145 seated

  • Private Hourly Rate: $55/hour

  • Nonprofit Hourly Rate: $40/hour

  • Community Partnership Rate: $35/hr*

Copley Common Room (downstairs)

  • Up to 40 people, adjacent to the kitchen

  • Hourly Rate: $40/hour

  • Nonprofit Hourly Rate: $30/hour

Kitchen

  • Fully-equipped commercial kitchen with two stoves

  • Up to 15 people

  • Cooking for Private Event, No Reselling of Food: $40/hour

  • Catering* (Full Use of Kitchen for Private Business): $30/hour

  • Non-Profit for Private Event, No Reselling of Food: $30/hour

*Caterers must have individual food processing licenses to do catering at River Arts

Entire Building

  • Full Access to Folley Hall, Copley Common Room, and Catering in Kitchen

  • Private Rate: $150/hour

  • Nonprofit Rate: $100/hour

  • Community Class Price: $95/hour*

Miscellaneous Services

  • Bartender Rate: $50/hour

  • Tablecloths (Includes Laundry Fee): $12 each

  • Set-up Fee: $25-$150

  • Cleaning Fee*: $50-$200

  • Projector: $20/event

  • Refer to Full Rental List for additional items to rent

*Cleaning must be done by renter in full, leaving the space as it was found unless specific cleaning services and fee have been included in the pricing.

Rental Policies

  • We ask that renters secure their reservation by signing a rental agreement and providing payment at least two weeks prior to the event. If an event is canceled 7 days or more before its scheduled date, the renter is responsible for 50% of the rental cost. If canceled less than 7 days before scheduled event, rental fee will not be reimbursed.

  • Renters are subject to Cleaning Fee if River Arts needs to hire cleaners to return space to original condition after rental.

  • Alcohol is not permitted unless served by a licensed River Arts bartender as per the Vermont Department of Liquor Control.
