*Cleaning must be done by renter in full, leaving the space as it was found unless specific cleaning services and fee have been included in the pricing.
Rental Policies
We ask that renters secure their reservation by signing a rental agreement and providing payment at least two weeks prior to the event. If an event is canceled 7 days or more before its scheduled date, the renter is responsible for 50% of the rental cost. If canceled less than 7 days before scheduled event, rental fee will not be reimbursed.
Renters are subject to Cleaning Fee if River Arts needs to hire cleaners to return space to original condition after rental.
Alcohol is not permitted unless served by a licensed River Arts bartender as per the Vermont Department of Liquor Control.
